1. During the operation of the slurry pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 30 ℃, and the high temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body of the slurry pump. The oil level should be observed in the center line of the oil standard, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or added on time.
3. Remove the water plug of the slurry pump and pour water (or slurry).
4. Close the slurry pump outlet pipe and outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump.
5. Inching the slurry pump motor, test motor steering is correct.
6. Start the slurry pump motor. When the slurry pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. When it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
7. Try to control the flow and head of the slurry pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the slurry pump operates at the highest efficiency point to obtain the greatest energy saving effect.
8. If the slurry pump is found to have abnormal sound should be immediately shut down to check the cause.
9. When the slurry pump is about to stop, close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
10. Check whether the slurry pump, pipeline and connection are loose. Turn the slurry pump by hand to see if the slurry pump is flexible.
11. Regularly check the wear of the slurry pump sleeve, and replace it after the wear is large.
12. The slurry pump is used in winter. After it is closed, it is necessary to remove the plug at the lower part of the pump and release the medium to prevent cracking.
13. When the slurry pump is on standby for a long time, it should be disassembled, wiped dry, and grease the rotating parts and joints to take care of them.
14. The slurry pump changes the oil after 100 hours in the first month of operation, and then changes the oil every 500 hours.
15. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the filling chamber of the container is normal (drainage is appropriate).
