Jinrun Stone Pump has strong R&D and production capabilities, with modern workshops including a model workshop, a joint factory with a 25T one-time casting forming capacity, machining workshop, riveting and welding workshop, assembly workshop, finished product warehouse, and heavy assembly area. It has an annual production capacity of 3000T of sand pump parts. The 3D scanner realistically restores spatial surface shapes, and the laser tracker ensures consistency between casting shapes and 3D models. Impellers can be balance tested, providing various metal materials such as high-chrome wear-resistant cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel, stainless steel, and non-metal materials such as wear-resistant rubber and polyurethane. The casting workshop has advanced continuous sand mixers, all castings use resin sand molding, and furnace front composition inspection uses direct reading spectrometers. Combined with advanced wear-resistant alloy smelting technology, casting processes, and heat treatment processes, it ensures smooth casting surfaces, dense internal structures, and reliable quality. The machining workshop is equipped with CNC lathes, large vertical lathes, CNC boring machines, drilling machines, milling machines, gantry CNC flame cutting machines, and other processing equipment, providing users with high-precision, high-efficiency, and high-quality products.
